The bookstore covers an area of 100 square metres and is located right next to the main entrance: This specialist bookstore at Museum Folkwang offers a large selection of titles from the fields of art, photography, architecture, design, and aesthetic theory.
Folkwang publications can also be found in the store as well as literature addressing the focal areas of the Museum collection together with a constantly changing selection of titles on the exhibitions in the museum. In addition to children’s books and literature on the Ruhr district there are also catalogues on current exhibitions in Germany and abroad as well as an excellent selection of international special offers. These offerings are rounded out by a great range of art postcards and a select array of design articles.
The bookstore is accessible during the opening hours of Museum Folkwang free of charge and is accessed via the foyer.
