House Rules

Children younger than 10 years old
are not allowed to visit the exhibition rooms alone.
They must come together with an adult.

BEHAVIOUR IN THE EXHIBITION ROOMS

Please do not

You must keep a distance of at least 50 centimetres
from the artwork.

You are not allowed to use a selfie stick.
Selfie means:
Someone takes a picture of herself/himself.
A selfie stick is a long stick.
You attach the stick to your mobile phone.
This makes it easier to take a photo of yourself.

You are not allowed to use your mobile phone as a telephone in the exhibition rooms.
You are not allowed to play

The director of the museum has authorised you to play

Then you may play

ANIMALS

You are not allowed to take animals.
Into the museum.

There is one exception:
You may take your disabled assistance dog with you.

Then the supervisors may give

You may no longer enter the museum.

Prohibited from the grounds means:
You must leave the museum grounds.

You are not allowed to spend the night on the Museum Folkwang grounds.

Then you are not allowed in the museum.
