Museum Folkwang is reopening its basement as a permanent exhibition space for photography. In future, above all works newly acquired for the Collection will be presented in a visual dialogue with individual items or groups of works from the holdings of the Photographic Collection. The exhibition 21.lettres.a.la.photographie@gmx.de showcases the eponymous conceptual mail-art project – and it will be going on public view for the very first time.
